You have content drafted and edited and you are almost ready to click the "Save & Go to Publish" button, but it would be so nice if you could actually test it on a voice assistant.  You can!  Here's how...

First, it's important to note that you can only test content that is in the "Review" tab of your QnA database.

Once your content is in "Review," follow these steps to test:

GOOGLE

  • Important!  Make sure you are logged into Google Assistant with the same email address that you use for Zammo.
  • Search for the "Zammo Business" action in your Google Assistant.
  • Open it and click on the "Link" button.
  • Now that your email address is linked, simply say "Google, ask Zammo Business {insert a question from your QnA content}?"
  • (Note: Once your voice app is published and live, your customers will be able to say, "Google, ask {insert your invocation name} {insert question from your QnA content}" - Zammo Business is only used for testing.)

ALEXA

  • Search for the "Zammo Business" skill in the Alexa Skills & Games store
  • Open the "Zammo Business" skill and click "Enable to Use"

  • Click on "Settings"

  • Click on "Link Account" - when prompted to link your account, be sure to use the same email account that you use for Zammo (this is very important).

  • Now that your email address is linked, simply say ", ask Zammo Business {insert a question from your QnA content}?"
  • (Note: Once your voice app is published and live, your customers will be able to say, "Alexa, ask {insert your invocation name} {insert question from your QnA content}" - Zammo Business is only used for testing.)
