Once you have completed the first 1 - 2 - 3 steps of the onboarding process, you will have the opportunity to fine tune your QnA voice content.

Any questions and answers that you added during the onboarding process will be visible in the "Compose QnA" tab.

Before moving on, it is important to note that you have the ability to add additional QnA at this point or you can always come back later to add more.  For specific details on how to add new QnA, see:

Now that you have your QnA edited the way you want, you are ready to move them from the "Compose QnA" tab to "Review".  To do this, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on the blue "Save & Go to Review" button.

Depending on the number of QnA you have, this could take a bit of time.  Please be patient.

You will know that the process of promoting your QnA is complete when the questions appear in the "Review" tab as shown below.

After reviewing your QnA, when you are ready to promote to "Ready to Publish," scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on the blue "Save & Go to Publish" button.  As before, this process can take some time.

Now in the "Ready to Publish" tab if you like the way everything looks, you can scroll down and click on the blue "Looks Good, Continue to Final Steps" button.  Please note that you can always go back and add more questions, this will not be your last opportunity.

A reminder that questions and answers are never live to your users until 1) your branded channels have been approved and published by the voice platforms, and 2) your QnA have been moved through the process and are in your “Ready to Publish” tab.

From here, you will be directed to the Voice Platforms section.  Please find documentation HERE to assist with navigating through the Voice Platforms.
