Zammo makes adding industry specific QnA easy by doing most of the work for you by suggesting the most frequently asked questions in your industry.
There are two ways to utilize this feature. The first time you will have the opportunity is during the onboarding process. Full instructions for the onboarding process (to include adding industry specific questions can be found by clicking HERE).
After the onboarding process, you may decide that you’d like to add additional industry specific questions or maybe even pull questions from a different industry. Here is how to do just that…
First, click on “Industry Questions” in the left menu bar as shown below.
Next, select the industry you would like to work with from the drop down menu.
Put a checkmark next to each question that you would like to include in your QnA knowledge base and then fill in your answer to each of those questions in the gray answer box. When you are done, click the blue “Edit Industry QnA” button.
A pop-up box will appear giving you the option to either continue working by clicking “Select More Questions” or if you are ready to move them into your QnA knowledge base, click “Go To Compose QnA.”
Once in Compose QnA, you will see that you have the option to edit the questions to your liking, add question variants, edit your answer, etc. From this point, you will move the questions through the Compose QnA – Review – Ready to Publish process as described HERE. A reminder that questions and answers are never live to your users until 1) your branded channels have been approved and published by the voice platforms, and 2) your QnA have been moved through the process and are in your “Ready to Publish” tab.
