One of the great features about Zammo is that you can manage multiple organizations inside the portal.  This is ideal for an owner with multiple businesses or a marketing agency who is managing the voice content for numerous clients. 

 

To navigate between organizations, go to “Organizations” on the top right of the blue bar, see red arrow below.

Select the dropdown arrow next to Organizations, select “My Organizations.”

Here you will see all of the organizations you have already created.  Simply click on the organization that you would like to edit. You will be directed to that organization’s dashboard and can edit as you like from there.

 

 

If you would like to ADD an additional organization, there are two options:


Option 1) From the “Organizations” drop down box, click “Add an Organization”

or Option 2) From the "My Organizations" page, you can simply click on the "+ Add an Organization" link on the top right as seen below.

Enter the organization’s name and select the appropriate industry, click “Create An Organization.” From here you simply add all of the new business info as you’ve done before.  Please see our “Initial Onboarding Process, Steps 1 – 2 – 3” instructions for additional guidance on the onboarding process.
