You’ve visited the Zammo website and you’re ready to get started. Let’s do it!
First step, click on any of the “Get Started” links on our website.
Next, you’ll need to create an account.
Click the “Create one here” link below the blue “Sign In” button or sign in with an existing Google or Microsoft account.
The onboarding process starts once you have created your account. Enter your organization name and select your industry. Press “Continue” when you are ready to move to Step 2.
Step 2, here’s where we start to develop your voice content. Got an FAQ page on your website you’d like to add into your Zammo Voice QnA database? Just enter your FAQ link where indicated. Zammo makes this super easy by structuring the voice conversation in a natural question and answer format.
If you have multiple FAQ pages on your website and would like to add all of them, click “+ Add another FAQ link.” Add as many links as you like.
Once you are done adding all your FAQ URL links, click “Add FAQs and Continue”.
If you don’t have an FAQ page on your website, no problem! Just click the blue text at the bottom that says, “Quickly answer popular questions about your industry relating to your organization.”
Next you will be directed to the Industry Questions page. You can select any relevant questions provided and skip the ones that don’t apply.
You also have the ability to add your own custom QnA by clicking on the blue "+ Add Your Own Question and Answer" link.
A pop-up box will appear. Enter your question and answer and then click on the blue "Save Question" button. You can repeat this step as many times as you like.
Be sure to check the box next to the new custom QnA that you have created. It’s important to note that you can make edits and add/remove questions later in the process, so don’t stress if they aren’t perfect at this point. Once you are done, click the blue “Select QnAs & Continue” button.
Let’s move on to Step 3. This page is requesting profile data that Alexa, Google Assistant and Cortana require. You can roll your mouse over the question mark modals to get additional information about the fields.
For the short and long description, you will see that those fields have been pre-filled. We suggest you leave those as written, but you are welcome to customize as well.
Once you’re done, click the blue “Next” button. That’s it for Steps 1 – 2 – 3 of the onboarding process! Next we’ll dive deeper into your Questions and Answers and get them voice ready!
